Ms. Moore founded Watershed Asset Management, L.L.C., a San Francisco-based investment management company, in 2002. Watershed manages assets primarily for endowments, foundations and wealthy families, and Ms. Moore is the Senior Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer.  Prior to founding Watershed, Ms. Moore spent ten years as a Managing Member of Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C., six years in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division, and was a corporate law associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Ms. Moore received her law degree from Yale Law School.  She received her B.A.  summa cum laude in Philosophy and magna cum laude in General Studies from the University of Colorado, where she was named Most Outstanding Graduate in the College of Arts & Sciences.  Ms. Moore has served as a Trustee of several charitable organizations and three schools.  She currently sits on endowment investment committees for KQED (public television/radio) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco.  She is married and has three daughters, two of whom are Division I collegiate athletes.
