Will Reynolds is Partner of New Profit Inc. where he works closely with several of New Profit's portfolio organizations.  For seven months in 2006, before joining New Profit,  Mr. Reynolds served as interim Chief Operating Officer at Right To Play. In 2005, Mr. Reynolds retired from a career in the fast-paced microcomputer software industry where his most recent position was Vice President at Dun & Bradstreet, which, in 2000, acquired iMarket, the marketing information and software company of which Mr. Reynolds was the CEO.

Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Princeton University where he majored in Sociology and Economics.  He received his MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School.  For six years ending in 2000, Mr. Reynolds served as a Trustee of Phillips Exeter Academy, a private boarding school in Exeter, New Hampshire.
