After careful revision of the situation in Mali, Right To Play is pleased to report that we are resuming programs there.
Right To Play programs were temporarily suspended in Mali following the March 21st coup. While there is still instability in the country’s north, all of Right To Play’s project locations are a safe distance from troubled areas.
While we will make every effort to carry on with program support to the children and communities that we work with, our top priority remains the safety and security of our staff, volunteers and the children. It is in that interest that we continue monitoring the situation in Mali closely.
