Regional Director, West and Francophone Africa
Dennis has more than 15 years of professional experience working for International NGOs, plus eight years experience with national-level governance and policy making. Before joining Right To Play, Dennis held the roles of Minister of Youth and Sports and Commissioner for the Consolidation of Peace in the Government of Sierra Leone. He also led a Youth for Peace Symposium in which child and youth soldiers from different factions played in combined teams, building trust and discovering the benefits of friendship, unity and cooperation. Dennis has a Ph.D. from Université de Bordeaux and has worked as a Lecturer in Sierra Leone and the UK. Dennis is responsible for the overall quality and success of Right To Play’s programs in the West and Francophone Africa Region.
