Laila is one of the most long-standing team members of Right To Play, having been on board since 2002. A former speed skater herself, Laila was Johann Koss’s Team Leader throughout his Olympic career. Laila came to Right To Play with extensive experience in sports management and organizing. She was the Secretary General of the Norwegian Speed Skating Association and has also been a Board Member of the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports, in addition to being a Team Leader for the Norwegian Olympic Team during several Olympic Games.  Previously Laila worked in public health care, with an educational background in the health care sector. She also has experience working with children living with disabilities.
