Rudaba came to Right To Play with a wealth of experience in humanitarian development work in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sierra Leone and Sudan. A medical doctor by training, she has specialized in pediatric medicine and has transferred her passion and knowledge to humanitarian work. Starting as Honorary Medical Officer with the Bangladesh Institute of Child Health and Dhaka Pediatric Hospital, she has worked with the Norwegian Association of the Blind and Partially Sighted, as well as Concern and GOAL, which are NGOs dedicated to uplifting socially disadvantaged women and children. She last served as Child Protection Manager with Save the Children (UK) in Sudan. Rudaba is responsible for the overall quality and success of Right To Play’s programs in the East and Southern Africa Region.
