Carl Liederman has been active in Right To Play since 2004. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Right To Play UK Limited, as well as serving on the International Board.

Liederman is a Corporate partner in K&L Gates London office. Carl has considerable experience in international transactions, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, capital markets, outsourcing and technology, and pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He represents major multinationals and private equity investors in the financial, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and technology industries in a broad spectrum of complex cross-border matters. He has transactional experience in all European jurisdictions, as well as in Asia, North America, South America and the Middle East. He has additional experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities for issuers and underwriters, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and financing for private equity transactions.
Mr. Liederman is a member of the bars of New York and Washington, D.C., and is a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales. He has practiced in various countries, including time spent in London, Paris, Geneva, Washington, D.C. and New York. He received his law degree from Yale Law School, where he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law. He received his bachelor's from Pomona College, summa cum laude, valedictorian.
