Fast becoming the most popular London half marathon, we are very pleased to be an official charity partner of the Royal Parks Half again in 2010.
This picturesque 13.1 mile run takes in four of our capital city’s Royal Parks – Hyde Park, St James’ Park, Green Park and Kensington Gardens – just as the seasons are turning and the parks are at their best.
Places have now closed for this event but we are looking for volunteers to help us cheer and encourage runners on the day. If you are interested in joining our support team, email us at redballclub@righttoplay.com. Alternatively why not register your interest for next year and be the first to know about our places.
Our Runners

We have a team of over 300 people running for Right To Play all who have pledged to raise £300 for our projects overseas. There combined efforts will raise over £100,000 and go towards helping the 750,000 children that we work with every week.
We would like to thank all of our runners and look forward to meeting you all on race day.
If you require any help between now and then, whether it be for training or fundraising tips, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Rebecca Cork at rcork@righttoplay.com or call 020 7812 0635.
Right To Play's 10th Anniversary Challenge
As this event falls on the 10th anniversary of Right To Play International, our president and CEO, four-time Olympic Gold Medalist Johann Olav Koss will be running along side our team, along with our UK board members – why not support their efforts by making a donation.
The Race
The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon starts and finishes in Hyde Park, taking in St James's Park, Green Park and Kensington Gardens along the way. Runners and spectators alike have magnificent views of landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament.
No matter what your fitness levels, this race is sure to please – it is beginner friendly but has a fast and flat route for those trying to get their personal best. The atmosphere is unrivalled.
