This is the big one - the UK's most popular marathon with over 36,000 runners raising money for their chosen charity. If you missed out on a ballot place this year, apply to run with Right To Play.
Applications
We have a small number of places for the 2011 Virgin London Marathon. For this reason we will run a ballot to choose runners who can demonstrate that they have a clear fundraising plan to achieve the £2,000 pledge that we ask for the marathon. If you were lucky enough to get a place through the ballot we would love you to join our Right To Play team – we will help you with training tips, running vest and moral support!
Virgin London Marathon 2010
A huge congratulations must go to our four Virgin London Marathon runners who all ran extremely competitive times of between 3 hours 24 to 4 hours 48 – very impressive! They raised between them over £35,000 which is outstanding, thank you all.
We are very proud of our runners, all of whom trained through the dark winter days and pushed through to realise their goals.
