Moving to a single monitoring and evaluation tool required Right To Play to build a shared international framework for evaluation, and then train staff across 14 countries to upload data that conforms to that framework. That meant working with the DevResults team to train internal stakeholders and staff at Right To Play, as well as soliciting user feedback to inform how the data would be structured. The result is fast, easy-to-understand results that can be compared across programs, allowing Right To Play to quickly reassess differences in performance and impact between countries and projects.
