Tedla has 18 years of experience in the health, education and WASH sectors as Country Director, Program Director, Business Development Manager, Capacity Building Manager, Training Coordinator, Life Skill Trainer etc. Prior to joining RTP as a Country Director for Ethiopia, in September 2022 he was the Country Director of Millennium Water Alliance (MWA) in Ethiopia. Tedla excels in leadership, program development, program evaluation, networking and donor management.

Tedla has BA Degree in Sociology and Social Administration, MA Degree in Educational Research and Evaluation, Global Executive MBA in Health Leadership and Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), Amref Health Africa, Generation Integrated Rural Development Consultant Organization (GIRDC) and Hibir Integrated Community Development Organization (HICDO) are organizations he has worked with good reputation.
