  • Play Specialist

    Reporting to the Director, Global Program Development, the Play Specialist will guide Right To Play in reviewing its play approach and methodology to deliver high quality programs in the global South for early childhood, middle childhood, youth and adults. The Play Specialist will advise Right To Play in refreshing its methodology, drawing from the latest research and innovation on learning through play and playful learning in the global South. This will include the four forms of play outlined above, as well as play across the spectrum i.e. from free play to direct instruction within both formal and informal settings. Well-versed in playful learning pedagogies, the Play Specialist will advise on playful pedagogical approaches that will target outcomes in the thematic areas of Education, Child Protection and Gender Equality.

  • Education Technology Specialist

    Reporting to the Director, Global Program Development, the Education Technology Specialist (Ed Tech Specialist) will be responsible for guiding RTP in the design and delivery of high quality distance-learning programs in Africa, Asia and Middle-East. The Ed Tech Specialist will provide technical leadership to create global guidance on education technology, provide capacity building to foster innovation in e-learning and distance learning, and build partnerships to support the design and implementation of distance-learning initiatives. They will provide technical advice on sectoral areas of gamified learning, blended learning strategies, development of learning journeys (curriculum development) and identification of appropriate learning infrastructure for areas with poor internet & digital access.

  • Logistics Coordinator, Mozambique

    The Logistics Coordinator is a member of the Finance and Administration Unit and reports directly to the Logistics Officer and in his/her absence in the CO structure, the incumbent reports to the Finance Manager/ Officer. The incumbent reports to the Finance Manager/ Officer and is responsible for procurement and Fleet Management in the respective country. The incumbent also manages stores, inventory and fixed assets, support administration and oversee execution of rehabilitation projects. The incumbent works closely with the Program Manager, and Project Officers as required.

  • Finance Manager, Mozambique

    The Finance Manager is a member of the Country Office Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Country Director (CD) with a functional reporting line to the Senior Manager Field Finance (SMFF) based in Kampala, Uganda. The incumbent is responsible for the proper implementation of financial procedures in all Right To Play programs in Mozambique. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and maintaining effective and efficient accounting and financial records, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, practicing sound financial and cash flow management practices and ensuring internal controls compliance for the offices in the country of operations such as cash management, payroll, financial disbursements and ledgers.

  • Request For Proposal - Gender Responsive Education and Transformation - Midterm Study Consultancy

    The Gender Responsive Education and Transformation (GREAT) program is currently in the third year of implementation. The main aim of the Mid-Term Evaluation will be to systematically analyze GREAT's progress and achievements so far. Following the initial baseline undertaken in 2018, the findings of this mid-term exercise will inform the further implementation of the project, allowing to fine-tune and – where needed – redirect current strategies to maximally achieve aspired impact.

  • People and Culture Officer, Mozambique (Nationals Only)

    The People and Culture Officer is a member of the Country Office Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Country Director (CD) with a functional reporting line to the Director People and Culture, Global Field at Right To Play Headquarters. The incumbent shall also be part of the Global People and Culture Community where we share best practices and learn from one another. S/he is responsible for the proper implementation and interpretation of People and Culture policies and procedures in Right To Play Mozambique and provides advice on different People and Culture issues, local employment laws and practices to management and staff. The incumbent shall lead end-to-end processes of PC management in collaboration with supervisors and the Senior Management Team colleagues. S/he shall maintain transparent and objective systems that attract and retain talent, motivate staff to perform effectively, build trust, facilitate the learning and development of employees and ensure that the compensation system is effectively implemented in-country.

  • SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, INDIGENOUS PROGRAMS - CANADA

    The Senior Development Manager, Indigenous Programs - Canada will play a lead role in ensuring there are the necessary pillars to support a successful fundraising program in support of Promoting Life-Skills in Aboriginal Youth (PLAY), which is the name of the Indigenous programming based in Canada. This will ensure there are the necessary communication tools and proposals, engagement and stewardship opportunities and prospects and donors are being cultivated, solicited and stewarded for these programs. The Senior Development Manager will also be the primary liaison between the CNO and the Canadian programs team.
